Regina Verdico

Yoga Instructor

Regina began her yoga journey to get out of the daily grind of the gym.  She was in need of something that was less invasive and still provided a full body workout. She was introduced to a heated vinyasa flow that felt ‘life-changing’ and she never looked back. Yoga calmed her spirit and gave her more peace.  No matter what was happening in her life, she knew if she showed up on her mat, everything was ok.  Regina loved the physical and psychological benefits and became an advocate to others to start practicing. Her meditation practice deepened ten-fold as a result of what she was learning through yoga and she decided she would complete her 200 hour certification. Yoga was a gift to her and she is passionate about providing an experience that helps others remember themselves, love a little deeper and take care of their overall Self.

Regina received her 200 Yoga Teacher certification from CorePower Bucktown in 2016. In addition, she has taken a Trauma Awareness and Prenatal Workshop. She volunteers as a teacher for YogaCare in Chicago, an organization that provides yoga to underserved communities

Now Isabella is excited to use her Yoga experience to teach others, and provide all the amazing benefits Yoga has to strengthen and build a community.

Debbie Belkin, ERYT-200, RCYT, CYKF

Yoga Instructor

Debbie stepped onto the mat for the first time in 2000 when her husband suggested they try a yoga class together.  Initially looking for the physical benefits of yoga, she began to realize how much more the practice brought to her life.  A life-long educator, Debbie became certified to teach children through YogaKids International in 2006 and began to bring the benefits of yoga to children and to children with special needs, from preschoolers through teens.  She added adults to her teaching practice in 2011 after earning her 200-hour certification through Blue Sun Yoga.  In 2017, Debbie added certification in teaching yoga to those with osteoporosis.  She now enjoys bringing the joy, peace, strength, focus, balance, stability, and flexibility of yoga to people of all ages and abilities.

Each class Debbie leads centers around a theme and includes gentle opening to prepare the body for safe practice, efforts to join mind, body, and breath, and flows designed to help the student gain strength, flexibility, balance, and awareness.  She encourages each student to move into poses and flows with their individual abilities in mind

Lisa Devi E-RYT 200, RYT 500

Yoga Instructor

Yoga teaching styles: Gentle, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yi, all levels

Lisa began her yoga journey when she was 10 years old. Her father encouraged the path of yoga, and has been her biggest supporter ever since. In 2012, she took a workshop with Seane Corn that profoundly transformed her life. It was from then on that she knew her dharma (purpose and passion) was to expand awareness, leading beings through self-discovery on how to find the teacher from within. By facilitating this discovery, her intention is to help all cultivate this beautiful tool of awareness into their every day life and passions, and to explore their consciousness potential for wellbeing.

Lisa completed her 200-Hour training with Kripalu, and her 500-Hour advanced training with Moksha. Through many trainings, some of the most influential and inspiring teachers she has practiced with are Seane Corn, Ashley Turner, Shiva Rea, Kino Macgregor, Tim Feldmann, Tias Little, Aadil Palkhivala, Kim Wilcox, and Gabriel Halpern.

“I believe that sharing the knowledge of mind, body, and spirit relationship is the most empowering gift you can give someone.” ~ Lisa Devi
